Project inquiries & privacy

When you submit a project inquiry, we receive the name, email, organization (if given), project type, description, budget range, desired timeline, and whether you request an NDA you provide. We use this information to respond to the request and discuss possible services.

In the initial release, inquiries are delivered to our business inbox through our email service provider. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive personal data through this form. We do not sell inquiry information. Selecting the NDA request option indicates your preference for a discussion; it does not execute a confidentiality agreement. Please provide only a high-level overview until an agreement is signed and an appropriate secure channel is arranged.

We retain inquiry communications as needed for business follow-up and recordkeeping. To ask about correction or deletion, reply to the business email from which we contact you. We will evaluate such requests in light of any legal or contractual retention requirements.

RENCIOS is the public-facing name of the software development business operated by ITRUST SECURE LLC. This notice is a preliminary description of the intake process and should be reviewed and completed before broad commercial launch, including confirmed business identity and contact details.
